KICKBOXING FOR THERAPY

This class is specifically for kids with special needs. It has limited numbers so bookings are essential. The curriculum for this class offers the basics of kickboxing while taking into consideration the needs of each child who participates. We have colour coding for combos, special floor pads designed just for these kids. We also teach stranger danger and how to deal with bullies as our extraordinary achievers are often targeted at school.
